PHASE

Account Deletion

Delete your Phase account.

Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

Read this before deleting

Deletion is permanent and free. It removes your account and remaining purchased/promotional coins. Coins cannot be transferred to a new account. Mandatory consumer and Play refund rights remain.

Use the same email, Google, Apple or phone sign-in you use in Phase. A recent sign-in is required. In the app, use Profile → Delete account and all profiles. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud account.

What is deleted and what remains

After successful processing, Phase removes the sign-in identity and account-owned live profiles/charts, wallet, spending history, account-linked grants, AI usage and request/recovery records. Other users’ accounts are unaffected.

Web deletion does not instantly erase an offline device. Clear Phase’s app storage or uninstall to remove that device’s local copies. The in-app deletion flow clears its local account data after server confirmation. See the full retention and deletion policy.

Verify your account

Sign in with the same account you used in Phase. Secure sign-in verifies which account to delete. Necessary authentication and security processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Completion and errors

A success message confirms live account cleanup completed. A pending/error message does not confirm completion. Accepted incomplete cleanup is queued for retries; retry online or contact support if it remains unconfirmed. Do not create repeated requests using someone else’s details. Authentication protects your account from unauthorized deletion.

Guest accounts and help

Guest accounts have no recoverable email/password/provider identity. Use the in-app deletion route while you can access the guest session. After uninstalling, local app data is removed but the guest cloud account is not automatically deleted. We cannot safely locate it from a name alone. Contact info@yourlifephase.com for help; proportionate verification is needed.

For a child’s profile, privacy request or account-access problem, contact the same email. Deleting an individual profile has a narrower scope than deleting the whole account. See Contact and Grievance.
